Now, talk to Glottis about the fancy pass to the High Roller's Lounge or take it from your inventory and show it to him. Have Glottis sing you the rusty anchor song. Again do not start to talk about the fancy pass to the High Roller's Lounge until you showed him the 'No.36 - The Rusty Anchor' paper!
